Oh my God! Its truly her....Dr.Joe Odumakin. This is truly my day, she heard of my story ,cut short her visit to Ilorin just to see me!! Thank you so much Doctor...promised to help ease my pains anyway she can!! All my troubles started when I was first diagnosed for Leukemia and then Prostate palaver set in!! The choices I have to make are nerve wracking...surgery to permanently rid of the discomfiture by doing something to my testicles...castration..that is my layman view or I get placed on drugs, for two years, without a guarantee that it will be a complete success at the cost of a 150,000 Naira by monthly!! I have done the Biopsy , this is to confirm the positiveness of whether its cancerous or not, and then commence with the next procedure!! If only I could be able to abroad and seek for more medical attention! Without doubt some thing more positive I can get without going through rigours of a possible " CASTRATION!!! The bottom line is that I NEED HELP financially to be able to do so!! Dr.Odumakin I am a in quagmire!!! Leukemia. Prostrate.. What,what do I do I do? Am age 67, retired, on a meagre salary that dies not as at when due, with a houshol to support!!! If only kind hearted Nigerians, the Government can HELP!!!!! Sadiq Daba.

"Azuka Why Must This Happen To Me?"
"Azuka..how yonder? Are you just waking up, about going to bed, heading for the kitchen? Am confused with American timelines: east coast, west coast, etc!! So, what time zone are on now...that will in how I greet you...good morning, afternoon ,evening or good night!!! Doing the best out of a bad situation, Mani came over with a camera crew from Channels Television. Hope I didn't get off focus in pouring out my annoyance at the Nigerian Elite, Politicians and what have you, who only see us as clowns!! Must confess, I was indeed angry......must I go cap in hand to solicit for help...turn myself to a beggar looking for crumbs from the Masters table!!! I ask myself what have those being flown abroad or offered quality medical back home here done, that we have not done!!! We have entertained, educated, set most of Government s' policies on the front burner...creating awareness... getting the people to buy in.....and what do we get in return? Nothing..nothing.... Its so sad..when I remembered how many of them I had cause to interview, played them up to the gallery... quite a lot of them out there Legislative and Executive arms of Government ...Federal and States!! Azuka, why must this happen? Must I die before some joker start singing my praise... All I ask ...a little HELP at the time of our need.....my primary surgery comes up in maybe two weeks from today... WHAT DO I DO!!! Azuka, I am a complete wreck.....God bless for where I am now could have been WORSE....bills,bills and more bills..you buy everything from toilet rolls, plaster, paracetamol, surgical gloves and list goes on and on...drives one crazy!!! Just confused Azuka..that is my state of mind right now....some promises you take with a pinch of salt...never meant well...its like put me on the list too..but you never get to see them when the chips are down!!!"
